Pharmascience The Indian Ayurveda always offers you the best products and deals to make you satisfied with our services and products although if you got any default from our side we are liable to refund your amount. There are certain terms and conditions only under which customer is applicable for its refund amount. (Please read it carefully).
This policy is applicable within 15 days of purchasing the product, after 15 days this policy will not be valid and will not be applicable in any case. Following terms and condition must be fulfilled for the refund amount:
Ø Original receipt will be required as a proof of purchase.
Ø Partial refund may be granted as per the situation.
Ø External damage or internally opened products will not be considered.
If you got any damage or fault in your purchased product, it is suggested to notify us as soon as possible and immediately send back that product (courier charges will be paid by us). As we got your product, we will notify you via E-mail about the approval or rejection of your refund amount.
In the case of Rejection:
You will notify via e-mail or best communication source with the explanation of the rejection. At the same time, we will try to serve you better with the applicable solutions.
In the case of Approval:
If your product is applicable for refund process, your amount will be credited to your account by appropriate method of payment within a couple of days. If you have not received your payment you are requested to check with your bank account, credit card Company as it may take some time. Secondly, please do visit your nearest bank branch and if still you have not received your money please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only replace an item if they are found damaged or defective and you want to exchange your product send us an email at email@example.com and send your item at firstname.lastname@example.org
